I am rejecting this response because: Comments:  ID [redacted] has not been resolved satisfactorily.  Mr. Fisk agreed on 8/31 by telephone contact by me, to come out to my house and correctly repair the chimney leaks.  He said he would arrive between 1 and 2p.m.  He did not show or call to cancel.
