Review: I returned items and received a store credit on 12/**/2013 in the amount of $44.96 control # [redacted] I returned to the store on 02/**/0214 to purchase items the total was $22.60. The manager refused to honor the credit stating I must spend the entire amount. The terms of the credit are: this credit will be expired in one year of issued date. Credit is not replaceable if lost, ID must be shown to redeem credit, credit slip is valid only at this location.Desired Settlement: The store policy stated on the credit does not include what I was told the credit is the same as cash. I should not be forced to utilize the entire credit at one time. The credit is just like cash I determine how it's used not the store especially when it's not stated.
