We had the pleasure of meeting [redacted] and his family when we were traveling and had car trouble and were stranded in Hope Springs, NC. He went out of his way to tow our suburban and offered to drive us to Rocky Mount which had the closest hotel so we would have a place to stay. He surprised us when he stayed late Saturday night and replaced our alternator, so we could make it home that evening instead of having to stay overnight somewhere.
