Bobby's Mobile Transport Reviews (%countItem)

When we hired him we were living in IL. We needed to move a double wide mobile home to *** Mobile Home park. He quoted $6,100 to complete it. It's been 6 months and it still isn't done. I accidentally paid him $12,095 and he hasn't returned my money or finished it. He hasn't put on any skirting, I'm not level and I only have one access to the home, which doesn't even lock because he hasn't put the other porches on. He has damaged the home quite a bit of it, including the front porch.

I was only to pay $4,000 to start, $1,995 (included in the $12,095) to pay a welder to put an extended tongue on it, cut the porch off and the car port. I paid electronically and when I went to pay the bill, I hit send and it withdrew $8,095. He called me immediately letting me know I overpaid, said he would return the funds and every time I have talked to him about it, he says he is going to bring cash. A month later his accountant was going to send a check, now a month ago, I asked if he was going to finish, he said he was going to but since then hasn't returned my calls. He kept both my car port and porch with roof and hasn't returned them either. This job was supposed to take 5-7 days.

Yes, the *** did live in another state when she contacted me. At the time of starting her job we ran into conflict when the owner of the property where we was to breakdown her doublewide. At that time Deputies was called out to verify the VIN number ,I responded to the deputy when he ask how I could prove that I was getting the right home. I then told the both Deputies that was on site where the manufacturer puts the VIN numbers that are either on the header plate where the hitch is or in the home. Then I proceeded to tell the deputies, getting to the hitch end would be a task to get to since the deck covered the hitch ends. My Business continued to try to make ends meet with the owner of the property and we did by an agreement that we would not tear up his property, and to fix what we may damage to it and to not work past 5 pm. and no weekend work. ( I Respected that and called the *** to tell them and they agreed to the terms.). Furthering that we could not work if it had rained on the soil. Deputies verified then VIN number at a location above the washer and dryer in the cabinets. I never said $6000.00 for the job I get $3000,00 just for 3 miles across town for a singlewide home 16 by 80 in size. other Bids was $12000. to $14000.00 to move the *** Home VIN number *** a 1990 Home .The $4000.00 was half the payment of $8000.00 and the $1900.00 was the hitch/welder. Totaling $9900.00 and the overpayment of $4000.00 plus $100.00 in cash she give me due to leaving wallet in Springfield Mo. Her figures appear to be a bit of beat. We have Photos of all the damages to the home prior to even touching the home and a multi amount of witness's as to the *** allegations . It is true I called *** and told her about the $4000.00 overpayment. I ordered permits to move the home on 07/11/2019. then got into a court battle between two property owners about an easement to cross property. view that case on case ne.t case number *** that case took place on 08/02/2019 and on that record I stated that the home was being damaged more by sitting on it axles and that my trucks and equipment being tied up would be $1000.00 a day since the *** deck was on my 32 foot trailer. When the awnings /carports was taken of the *** Home I called her and sent photos of the rusted threw metals and she told me to just get rid of it and save what we could for her back deck and stated that they would not be any room for it anyways. That parks Manager put in 4-5 inch base rock to block home on, I then again called the *** about the problem of oversized rock. She then made the call and they brought other gravel that we put home on. I need to say more. but my time may have been up. not to mention the threats with the Mexican Mafia. by the ***. and a $1000.00 plus dollars worth of tools I have still at her home.
