Ms [redacted] retained Bobcat Investigation Services for the very minimum which is hoursAs acourtesy she received more than double the hours she paid forShe received a DETAILEDREPORT with TIME STAMPED photos showing that the investigator was on the scene (on thecorrect subject, at the correct address) as detailed in the report, just as all our clients do.Ms [redacted] began complaining and questioning the report weeks after her case was worked.Her case was closed.I explained to Ms [redacted] before and after her case was worked that our investigators can testifyto the report and what they observed if neededMs [redacted] waited until weeks after and thenight before her court hearing to "demand" that the investigator "be there!"There is a processto go through before that can happen, furthermore we will not be ordered to appear by anyoneother than a judge.We worked her case extra time as a courtesy because Ms [redacted] began complaining fromminute oneIt is regretful that we did all we could to make her happy and it was clear it wasnever going to happen.In closing ,Ms [redacted] will be receiving an invoice for the extra hours our investigators spent onher case

Response taken by phone: When we started this job, the customer did not have the deposit for us We didn't get that until the job was already startedWe originally agreed that we would get rid of the concrete but when she then found out that we charged for that, she said she would take
care of itThen she requested we come back to pick it up We came back to pick it up but she was not there to pay us She claimed we put a chip in the patio We did not cause this and would have fixed this, however we have had trouble getting paid for jobs by this customer We will not do any work unless we receive cash up front from now on
