I purchased a new stump grinder 13 months ago. The first day on the job the tire fell off and it randomly died. A week later the hydraulic system quit working.They sent me another new grinder.It would randomly shut down for about an hour most days. It was in the shop 4 times for this but never repaired. Then the muffler fell off. Random bolts broke. I returned this machine to be fixed. They sent me a loaner while mine was being repaired.I ran this loaner twice. The first time the cutter belt broke. The second time muffler fell off. They are refusing to help me in any fashion. I do not wish this to happen to anyone else.The last 13 months have been torture dealing with this business. I have not had any of these grinders to complete 8 hours of work without breaking.

Refund I want my money back.
We went above and beyond for this customer. He had some issues very early on and brought his machine in for repair,his hydraulic system quit working and we fixed it. His unit came in for repair again, and we fixed it. His muffler came unbolted, we fixed it.While in our shop we gave him a loaner which we had to put in our rental fleet to make this possible. He had some further issues that were addressed by the manufacturer
They in turn sent a loaner from the manufacturer that he has had for over a month free of charge. His unit was sent back to the factory to be refurbished. He has his unit back and is running and operating like it should.
