Bobcat of Roanoke

We called on a Wednesday to make an appointment to have our Bobcat looked at and given an estimate for needed repairs. The appointment was made for the following Friday. We took the machine in on Friday and dropped it off. It is an hour one way from our location. Monday we called to see if the estimate had been done and were told it had not been looked at. On Tuesday we made a call again after being told the same thing asked to have the store manager call us. After multiple calls in to check the status of the estimate and requests of having the manager call the machine was finally looked at on Thursday and we were given the estimate. Due to the lack of response from our repeated requests to speak with a store manager, which never happened, and the lack of good customer service, we picked up the machine on Friday and took it to another Bobcat dealership, two hours one way in the other direction, to make the repairs.
