There's nothing wrong with my drain pipes. Your own technician said it looked like a woodchuck hole near the tank! And that's what it is. No "bellies" or holes. Bay state is grasping at straws to avoid the main issue. I was charged an exorbitant price, without advance notice as to the cost. The process did not last as promised and now they refuse to honor their money back guarantee! Front page of their web site advertises a 100% Customer  satisfaction guarantee or your money back. I want my money back. The process, based on price and customer service, not not work to my satisfaction! That's what 100% customer satisfaction is all about. I want my money back for poor services and even worse customer service. I called the day after the service and asked for some remediation, if only the value of the online coupon they offer. They gave me nothing. Never replied to my additional calles. Finally when I had to press the issue, I spoke with the Service Manager who literally said " We are not going to give you any money. I'd rather see you in court. Do whatever you want about that" He was arrogant, smug and self serving.  This company has been giving me the run around for months. They even refused to honor their own discount coupons. My drain has been fine since my son opened it with a $50 snake rental from [redacted]. The fact that it's so unbelievably difficult to get any satisfaction from this company whatsoever speaks volumes! Clearly customer satisfaction is not guaranteed. It's more about avoid unhappy customers and when pressed, tell them to their face that you will do nothing. Honor your word, Give me my money back.

I received a complaint from the customer listed and have since been in contact with her to resolve the problem.  We performed a high pressure jet service to a clog in the main line.  When another clog happened a month later she had her son rent a snaking machine to clear it, and called us...

after to get a refund because she felt the service did not work.  After speaking a few times over the phone we have come to an agreement as I believe the clogs keep happening due to main pipe rotting away.  There were sink holes near her riser/cover which indicates there may be a belly or dip in the pipe or the pipe is about to break as they used orangeburg piping in the 1970's when her system was installed, and that type of piping doesn't last.  Today we would use PVC piping to fix the problem, but if this did not come to light that she was having back-ups again, her main line might be at risk and she wouldn't be able to use any plumbing/septic until it was replaced.
