First of all this was a Hail Damage vehicle we never told him his vehicle would be done in 10 days we had problems from the begining to estimate was wrong from the begining  it was telling us to put the wrong roof on the vehicle so I had to do a supplement on that and [redacted] knew all about this...

then all the parts places were backed up it was hard for us to get parts and windshields we never left his vehicle uncovered we saved him his dec, the estimate was done by [redacted] guys not [redacted] the vehicle was taking the them first then they brought it to us we did not get paid for body work it was surposed to be [redacted] the only time the truck was out side was before the roof came in the insurance company told us [redacted] was not to bring the truck if it was driveable until all parts came in we did not know that but he did he and his friend brought the truck to us because they could not do it . We had to removed the windshild and rear window in order to put on new roof the is why the windshild but the insurance company understand they gave us 500.00 it do not matter what [redacted] charged us we are the ones paying for it he had No Right to call [redacted] we were surposed to do it threw the shop I told him this but he had no time to bring truck back He call [redacted] not us he refused to put on the new cowl until the windshield we told him tom come get his parts for the back seat everything was per two party estimate and he left from here happy told my husband he and his dad . And he is always texting my husband bad things and bad words and for his information our lease was up at our old shop so we had to move we are not delinquent in of our bill THAT IS SLANDER-- [redacted] Body Shop[redacted] Texas  78130Phone: [redacted]Fax:     [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I WAS quoted 10 business days for completion and told the parts were in stock which is why I was told 10 business days for the PDR, and paint work. I dropped off my truck, and [redacted] reported insurance commonly threatens to end rental coverage which they actually provide up to 60 days coverage of which should have been a warning. I was told the work could begin as early as that weekend, or the following Monday as [redacted] was invited to be in a friends wedding. I agreed starting the next week was acceptable, but work did not start on the part of [redacted] for almost 2 months as I stated. Insurance paid [redacted] for the windshield despite [redacted] being responsible for the damage as it was perfect when truck was dropped off with him which the insurance inspection documents. [redacted] initially reported to [redacted] that I had signed a waiver of liability for possible glass damages and when I informed [redacted] that was false and [redacted] requested that form [redacted] could not provide it. I DID NOT agree to have the work done in shop nor could I agree to it as [redacted] admitted he was not skilled in working with glass and needed to call another company to have the work done which is why the cracked windshield was still on my truck. I requested that [redacted] come to my house to avoid needing to wait at his shop nor did I feel it necessary to drive to New Braunfels when everyone knows [redacted] will come install where the customer needs. [redacted] agreed he would request they come to my house and update me later that day or the next, BUT AFTER waiting weeks for [redacted] to make that simple pone call and no updates as to the status I called [redacted] to inquire and informed [redacted] had not even called them once. I was forced to call [redacted] myself to schedule the windshield to be replaced and provided the details to [redacted] AND [redacted] but again had to reach out almost daily for a week before they finally responded. I was told by [redacted] Wife) that they had contacted [redacted] to pay by credit card when [redacted] came out to replace the windshield. After [redacted] informed me no payment was made by [redacted] told [redacted] they were mailing a check, then after no check came in for 2 weeks [redacted] reported [redacted] was going to make payment by credit card, and never called back with the credit card information.I also took the piece to my dash as I was not happy with the long unexplained delays and not confident that [redacted] could even install correctly as he had cracked the windshield and admitted he was not skilled in working with glass(After damage was already done). I was not going to leave my truck there one more day as the past 2 months were like pulling teeth for any progress from [redacted]. I was not told of the pieces missing from my back seat until I noticed them missing at home and had to ask for them, then never told when I could come pick them up despite asking several times via text. I needed to text often as [redacted] never answers his phone or returns calls. I also texted [redacted] about his being bad at his job and finding new issues in his work every day including needing to have a part replaced and resealed at the dealership due to not properly done by [redacted] and water was entering from the rear of cab. What reason does [redacted] have for not placing the pieces back on to my back seat before I picked it up? That makes no sense at all. FACT is [redacted] was paid by [redacted] to pay for the replacement of my windshield in the amount of over $500 and refuses to pay [redacted] as he agreed to and much less expensive(Under $400). [redacted] and [redacted] agreed to pay for the damage and were provided more than enough funds from [redacted] to do so, but refused to pay which has caused the bill with [redacted] to go to collections. Charging [redacted] for a windshield replacement, let alone more than actual cost then not making that payment is nothing short of theft. Many other reviews call [redacted] a crook and I stated that I suspected possible relocation from former business location was due to such past payment issues as again many online negative reviews support issues with lack of service delivery, etc. I did not slander as I simply stated observations and evidence from public online reviews. Any damage to [redacted] reputation has been done by his own actions, or lack there of such as refusal to meet his financial responsibility.

I have already talked to [redacted] for the windshield and told them we will pay the bill .We told [redacted] we were the problem was he called and had them come out so that is why they were calling him . He was not the to authorized to call them. This vehicle was brought to us because all the body shops in San Antonio were backed up for months they told him and we told him parts were on back order because of the hail damages. They brought the insurance check when they brought the vehicle in we never ask for it and they still have to pay the...

deductible . We have not lied to anyone we told them the truth from the begining .We never hide  from anyone if they come and [redacted] is painting I tell them he can not stop . we have had this business for 25 years we do not lie to our customers.The only people complaining are friends with this guy . And he said that my husbands brother told him my husband has been scamming people for years. This is not true my brother in law said you can call him. these people are lying and are become very mean .
