A licensed contractor is not the same a a licensed electrician or certified gas professionalThese are all very different tradesThese are subcontractors your GC should have had do the work. REGARDLESS, we have made every attempt to help get the systems set up properly. You need to take this up with the person you purchased the product from. We have tried to help and are continuing to try and help. We have shipped free replacement parts NOT covered under warranty and parts that the installer broke, multiple times. A month ago we told our distributor (who profusely apologized for the way you and your builder called and spoke to our staff) to send the ignitions back because we do not think you are able to set them up properly

You did not have our electronic ignitions installed by a licensed gas professional or a licensed electrician. This voids the warranty. Regardless, we have made every attempt to correct the issues created. We were notified that one of the installers broke two of the new
replacement parts and we replaced those (not under warranty) free of charge. You and your builder have both called our office and yelled and berated our team and we will not allow anyone in our company to be treated in that manner
