Review: On 9/**/15 I ordered two items from this business website (GiftValues.com), these Items were never delivered as of today 12/**/15. I've called in two times and each time I was told it would take another two to three weeks. Last week I called many times and sent an email, the email was not answered, and calls to the only number provided ([redacted]) go unanswered. you will be put on hold for approximately five to six minutes listening to canned music and recorded responses until the final recorded response states" that due to the overwhelming number of calls call back later.

I've since in trying to reach this company found negative reviews online, had I had the good sense to check on line before paying $25.88, I wouldn't be in this position. This order was placed online from Los Angeles CA. Oddly enough this Company was refered to me by someone else who'd gifted me a set of the same appointment books Id ordered.Desired Settlement: At this point in time after nearly three months, and being unable to reach them by phone I'd like a full refund of the amount paid for non-servce.

Two items both for $8.95 ($17.90) shipping $7.98 for a total of 25.88

After I have contact with company and get my refund, then no further contact for lack of service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.Since ordering from a company named Gift Values on 9/**/15, I was hard pressed to get my merchandise or refund. I'd contacted the Revdex.com in New York because this is where the company is located. You sent notification that you had no luck in getting a reply and had closed out the complaint. I did keep trying and finally on 1/**/16 I got my refund for merchandise never received. I understand that the complaint was closed however please note that more time elapsed costumer continued and got satisfaction. Please withdraw complaint against gift values for lack of response

Review: On Friday December **, 2013, I placed an order on behalf of my mother with this company for 5 pens (after receiving an advertisement in the mail). I registered with the company online, creating an account, and paid the order (totaling $47.50). On that same day, I received an order confirmation from [redacted] (Order # [redacted] via email. According to the website it should have taken up to 4 weeks for delivery since it states: "Please allow 2-4 weeks for most items unless indicated." The Order confirmation did not have special annotations regarding shipping - and I included a comment asking that the pens be shipped as soon as possible (though rush delivery was not requested) so I assumed that the pens would arrive by January **, 2014 (4 weeks later). On February *, 2014 - the pens had not yet been received and I sent an email requesting an update. There was no response from the company. My mom called twice during January and February 2014 and was told that the pens were on their way. As of February **, 2014 - the pens have not yet arrived. I called the company today to inquire about the status of the pens. At first I was told that the credit card had not been charged and therefore the order had not been sent yet. This seemed unlikely since I had received the Order Confirmation and no other correspondence from the vendor. Upon further inquiry, I was told that the Order had been located and had indeed shipped, but it would be another 5-7 days before it would arrive over 3 months after the order was originally placed and 2 months over the estimated time of delivery. I was also notified that one of the pens was replaced without notifying me. I was also told that one of the 5 pens was not available so a different one had been shipped. However, I was never notified that a change was made in the order after it was placed. The customer service representative stated that a note was sent out notifying me of this change; however no such note was received. I asked for proof of mailing of such notification, indicating that I did not believe it was sent to me and at that point the customer representative hung up on me. I was not given the opportunity to ask for a refund or to ask to put a stop to the order since at this point it is no longer desired. This company is luring customers via mail advertisements and then is unresponsive when the orders are not delivered. I am worried that other customers will be duped as well especially since at first glance it is assumed that this company is related to the [redacted] and upon further review of the website it is apparent that it is not related.Desired Settlement: A refund (if the card has been charged already) or a stop to the order if it is still in progress (cancelling the order and any hold on the credit card) is requested. The Revdex.com should make inquiries into the legitimacy of this company.

Review: I noticed recently when I checked my credit report that I have a claim from "Bobley Harmann" from 2007 for $54. After speaking to the collection agency I found out that I was sent a calendar that I did not order and was then billed for it. I have never heard anything about this again. I tried to contact the company but they are out of business with no further information. I need to get this off my credit report. What do I do?Desired Settlement: Bill removed and taken off my credit report.

Review: The product was purchased on November [redacted], 2013 and never received.Desired Settlement: I am requesting an immediate refund of monies and an apology for the poor customer service and rudeness of employees.

Review: Item paid for but not received. Ordered and paid for on June **, 2013. Paid for expedited shipping, was told to expect item within two weeks. A month later it hasn't arrived. I have tried to call and email the business, to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like the purchase price, including shipping ($42.65) refunded to my credit card.

Review: This company sends out unsolicited calendars/daytime planners. They then bill you for these calendars. When you do not pay they threaten you with a collection agency.Desired Settlement: Stop the collection/bill notices. For further customers, do not allow forced payment for unsolicited items.

Review: In July 2015 I placed an order for a pen set ([redacted] order #[redacted]). To this date the order has not been delivered. I wrote to gift values and asked that the order be cancelled, since no delivery or information was forthcoming. My credit card was subsequently debited by the seller for the amount of the purchase, but no information is yet available. I have tried three times to contact the seller but all I get is a recording, I have not been able to talk to a live person.Desired Settlement: Either an acknowledgment of shipment, or a refund for same.
