The job was fairly priced and they were prompt in giving an estimate for the work to be done and arriving to do the job His employees were great Very nice and did a good job - from trimming to cleaning up and raking the area However, there was one tree that they had to access the trimming from the roof, since it had been raining it would not have been safe for his men to get on the roof He promised to come back to finish the job in about a month - when it would not be raining so much I agreed - BUT - I also made the mistake of paying him in full He never came back! I called him - at first he answered the phone and promised to return the next day - no show! I then called and left text messages - no response When someone else called for me from a different phone - he answered - gave a song and dance - but plainly stated he would not return to finish the job for free He was reminded that he was PAID IN FULL for a job that was incomplete It's been another month and he hasn't returned We also gave him a inch crescent wrench to fix his chipper - which he kept and did not return
