Bob's Appliance Repair

Review: I contacted Bob's Appliance repair to see about fixing my ** oven, they were fairly certain that it was a heating element issue and replaced the part (the oven wasnt getting to temperature). After the repair the oven still would not get to temperature (it maxed out at 285 degrees) Ive contacted Bob's Appliance several times about coming out to look at the oven but ive recieved no response and after several calls I am fed up. I really need my oven to be in full working order.Desired Settlement: I just want them to come back out and fix the thing. Im more than willing to pay but at this point im becoming very aggrivated at their lack of response. I need help.
