Review: I purchased a rack and pinion for my 2001 Volvo and was charged 149.95 for the rack with a CORE of 125.00. I expected the CORE after I mailed my rack and verified that it was received by the seller, Bobs Auto Gallery. After not receiving the CORE , I called to find out the status. Bryan, informed me that the information on the web site was incorrect and that he would get back to me for a resolution. I waited, did not get a call, and called again. Bryan stated that it has been busy and cold, and that he would work on this. I never received a call back.
If I knew this were the case, I would have purchased the rack from a different companyDesired Settlement: I desire that my core of 125.00 is mailed as soon as possible.
