. I dropped of my Chrysler 300 this morning to get n oil change. I have a body kit on the car so it is very low to the ground, I specifically told the service guy to make sure they were careful and backed in anywhere they could. So I went back to pick up my car and what do I find?! My front bumper is scratched all over. I told them that it is scratched and some worker came out looked and within 5 seconds said he it wasn't his problem and he wasn't going to have it fixed. (Basically claiming I am trying to get my bumper fixed for free) I just had my bumper painted in March. I called the cops to come make a report and the cop said I can see the paint on the parking bumper but that didnt matter to them. They still will not help. And to top it all off they made me pay for this terrible experience. So now they have lost a long time customer. And for the $250 dollars it would of cost to fix my bumper they will loose out on thousands in potential repairs. See you in court!
