I need the sunroof completely & totally repaired on my[redacted]. No more saturated floors in front & back floor areas!!I purchased a[redacted] on Fri, September 25, 2015 from Bob's Bargain Center located at 2114 N Marine Blvd, Jacksonville, NC. On October 12, after heavy rain, I noticed that the front driver side floor was soaked along with back floor on the drivers side. The upper side panel on the drivers side was also wet. I immediately called [redacted] (my sales person) and informed her about the situation. She later instructed me to bring the car in for repair on Thursday, October 8, 2015. I did so & left the car overnight due to a part that was ordered & scheduled to arrive the next morning. I picked my car up on Friday evening (October 9) thinking that it was totally repaired. (Little did I know that was NOT the case). On Monday, October 12, I noticed once again noticed that my car floors were wet after heavy rain. Again, I called [redacted] to inform her. Later, [redacted] (sales mgr), called back to let me know that she had "a couple of options" for me regarding the leaky sunroof: 1) I could "park in covered parking" when it rains or 2) they could "seal off the sunroof totally". Obviously, neither option works for me. [redacted] also relayed that I could speak with their GM ([redacted]) while insisting that there was nothing else that could be done because it (the leaky roof) was "a common problem in older models". IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY TOLD ME THAT PRIOR!I attempted to reach Mr [redacted] at his other store on October 12th; but he was not available. I left a message with [redacted] for him to call me. Several times since I've called & left messages for him (with [redacted]); but I have yet to hear from him.All I want is for the sunroof of my vehicle to be completely & totally repaired.... No Leaks No Water. I don't think that is too much to ask for a vehicle that I've had for less than thirty (30) days. I'm concerned that mold & mildew may form if this problem is not rectified. Desired SettlementTotal & complete repair of my leaking sunroofBusiness Response Ms.[redacted] complaint is not an issue covered by any warranty or service contract we offer. We have recommended several shops she can take the vehicle to fix her issue in the most timely manner.Consumer Response No one at Bobs Bargain Ctr has EVER recommended any other shop to fix the leaky sunroof. Also, if the repair is not covered by warranty, why did they initially attempt to fix it. (Just another of their many lies & ploys). The only options ever presented to me were: 1) Park under covered parking or 2)They could seal off the sunroof. These two options were just repeated to me again yesterday when I called again about repair to my sunroof. (They need to get their LIES together). I trusted them ([redacted]) when I was told there were no issues with my car. Who in there right mind would purchase a car with a leaking sunroof; I certainly would NOT HAVE if that info had been disclosed. I'm not satisfied & still want the sunroof completely repaired.Final Business Response Ms.[redacted] complaint is not an issue covered by any warranty or service contract we offer. We have recommended several shops she can take the vehicle to, to include Upholstry1, as well as the [redacted] dealership.

Poor customer service, refund of my gas money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! I purchased a car from here on Saturday and was told there was 152k on the car (shame on me for not babysitting and double checking) & I leave and notice there was 268k on the car so I immediately called them. Again shame on me for not double checking but when I'm told something by an employee, especially when we are talking about something they are selling for almost 8k I expect the info to be correct and to not have to baby sit them.. So I immediately called them and they told me to come in on Monday.. So I go back on Monday and they tell me I can switch it out for another car.. They only had 2 in my price range and both raised my insurance over $200!! I then find out instead of charging my card, the REFUNDED money to my card (not bad on my part but still a mistake). So I go outside to think about it and realize they had out bad tags on the car I purchased making them expire A DAY BEFORE I EVEN GOT THE CAR. I could have gotten pulled over smh. Then they go to hand me the final paper work and EVERYTHING was wrong on it, down to my address.. I tried to get the price lower since no way is a car with almost 300k worth almost 8k/14k with financing and they wouldn't budge. Told me everything that happened was "human error". [redacted] the manager shouldn't be in customer service let alone sales.. As I was getting frustrated (no cursing, no acting crazy, just frustrated) she tried to ask if I wanted to leave and not once apologized for any of the mistakes. AGAIN I WAS STILL GOING TO BUY IT BECAUSE I NEEDED A CAR. So I'm waiting for the correct paperwork and the owner and his son walk in.. I ask if I can have a moment of his time, not to try to get a different result but to let him know how HIS BUSINESS was being run.. He cut me off and told me he agreed with [redacted] the manager and that I could just get my money back because "it doesn't hurt his feelings nor his pockets" he got very aggressive with me and then just walked out. Even one of the agents in the office came and apologized saying that it was completely uncalled for and that she was so sorry. SHE EVEN FELT EMBARRASED & was shaking from how fast it escalated to an aggressive conversation/ him yelling at me. I have never in my life seen such bad customer service. The only asset to that company is [redacted], she was sweet, helpful and was the ONLY one to aploigize for the issues we were having. [redacted] should be banned from working in customer service and [redacted] needs to get off that high horse that he's on from ripping everyone off. As I was there, there was TWO people in there complaining about the SAME issues. Mistake after mistake.. Desired SettlementAn apology and the money back I used to fill the tank right before giving it back. The owner of the company told me that me not purchasing would not hurt his feelings or his pockets. 1 mistake I can see, 4 mistakes is clearly a business issue. I still haven't received the money I spent on filling the car with gas before rudely being told to just return the car. I want my money.
