satisfaction. I spoke to the representative at [redacted] at 2:15pm today, Friday 5/15/2015. I asked for them to contact her today and get this resolved.

We did install the windows for Ms. [redacted] in December of 2014. In April 2015, her son, whom we've had all the communication with called complaining about the windows. A production manager and installer were sent out to inspect. It was determined...

the windows should be replaced and that process began. That same day, her son came into the office and was upset. Even though he knew we were going to replace the windows, he was argumentative and confrontational. The conversation ended when [redacted], the president assured him we would remedy the problem. The next day, [redacted] called the office wanting a refund. Sensing something wasn't quite right, [redacted] contacted Ms. [redacted] who paid us for the windows and inquired whether she knew her son was trying to get a refund. She stated she knew there were issues, but was unaware he trying to get a refund. Spoke to a [redacted] again on the phone. His demeanor was the same as the previous day in the showroom. It was decided that the best resolution was to return Ms. [redacted]'s money for all the windows. This check was issued number 20401 in the amount of $2,340.

Our family did in fact receive a refund for the full amount, however Mr. [redacted]'s accusations are disheartening. We know the actual sequence of events and this is why we will never use his services again. We hope to have a decision soon on windows to replace Bob's damaged windows. Our family will notify Bob's by mail when a decision has been made,
