Attached is a copy of the invoice for Mr. [redacted]'s repairs. I did paint the car twice to try and correct his issues. mark by them was body damage repairs performed that he does not have an issue with. You can see that they total $1237.50 which would more than offset the $800.00 wanted to strip the paint. I do not feel I should pay anything.   [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. "Reconsidering" does not help us with these costs added to our project to remove their faulty workmanship. In addition, the car DID NOT need stripped prior to your crew working on it & I have pictures & documentation to prove this. It had only one paintjob from THE FACTORY in 1972 on it when you started on it. It needs stripped now because you sprayed so many coats on it time and time again to attempt to fix the bad paint jobs your guys kept laying down on it & all the filled you slopped on it!
