Liars, Cheats, and Thieves
It's one thing when a company fails to provide service; it's another thing entirely when they steal from you. Bob's Disposal Service is a pack of liars, cheaters, and thieves. I terminated my trash pickup with Bob's Disposal Service on January 12, 2021, due to poor service. They promised that I would receive a refund check for the balance of my prepaid service in 10 days to two weeks. It has now been over two months, and I still have not received my refund despite many phone calls to the office. I had to use the redial button on the phone over and over to get through to them. When I was able to break through the busy signal, I got lies and a sob story about equipment being down, the owner being hospitalized, the office staff being hit with the coronavirus, etc. Nobody cares, Bob! They just expect you to live up to your end of the deal. This is no way to run a business. Apparently I have been cheated out of my refund of $52.40, including $29 for unused yard waste stickers.

Let's Dispose of Bob's Disposal Service!
I had paid in advance for trash services from Bob's Disposal from November 1, 2020, thru January 31, 2021. Bob's failed to pick up my trash five times between December 24, 2020, and January 11, 2021, so I discontinued the service on January 12, 2021. The company promised that I would receive a refund on my advance payment in 10 days to two weeks. I still have not received my refund in spite of calling the company repeatedly over the last two months. According to my calculations, the refund should amount to $52.40, including $29.00 for unused yard waste stickers. Customer service is extremely poor, and it's almost impossible to get through on the telephone. Is this any way to run a business?

We are questioning this complaint due to several statements made by Mr. [redacted].
November 18, 2015 Mrs. [redacted] called to stop her service. She stated that they had a new hauler effective November 1, 2015. When asked what was the name of the...

hauler so we could remove charges. She refused to tell us who the hauler was and we need that information to clear up her account. She was told that if we could not verify the stop date that we could not clear the account.
I believe they owe this bill.
I believe that they should pay this bill or prove they had another hauler at the time in dispute.

A refund check for $250.50 has been sent to Ms. [redacted].  The stopped service on March 9.  The check is a full refund for this account.
