With employee turnover andthe purchase being over 5 yrs ago is understandable.None the less a Mattress Warranty is very easy to take care of.Mrs. [redacted] will need to do the following;1- Show proof of purchase (store receipt is most common form)2- Make sure the Mattress is stain and soil free3- Return the Defective item to our store4- Upon Inspection the Manufacturer will either Repair/Replace any Manufacturer DefectsOnce Mrs. [redacted] completes the above steps we will be happy to assist her with her Warranty.Please note part of Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint appears to be a comfort issue. Mattress Manufacturers ONLY Warranty DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS not comfort issues.We have enclosed a copy of our store receipt, and a copy of a standard Mattress Warranty for the IndustryThank You,Bob's Family Furniture06/30/2017
