Review: I've brought a car from bob irresistible and the first week of me having the car it stop running while I was driving it and I had my one year old daughter in the car as well...I had it towed back to Bob irresistible and they said it just needed a tune up. Not a full week go by and it stops again while I was driving it and this time they said it the fuel pump that needed to be fixed. I only had the car for two weeks and those two weeks it broke down...I'm on a payment plan with Bob irresistible and I didn't pay my first week payment or my second week payment..I was in no rush to pay them because the car broke down both weeks, now they repossessed my car because they never received a payment..this is total unfair because the car broke down the first two weeks I had it and they repossessed it...I would like my Money I put down as a down payment back so I could go some where else and look for a car...I lost my job I had in Girard because of this and its not right that they'll selling cars that they know are going to break downDesired Settlement: I just want the $750 I put down as a down payment to get the car

Review: I had my vehicle reposesed by bobs irresistable. After haven't many issues with it. I had a sales agreement stateing that I had a warrenty and that they wouldn't cover to have things fixed. I was always stranded because my van would not start and I called bobs many times and everytime the general manager would tell me that it was no longer their responsibility and that he could not help. He was very rude. When I got the van they said they put a brand new battery in it, come yo find out they put an old one in it that had exploded and in turn why my car would not start. I had to pay a tow truck to jump my vehicle and had to buy a new battery out of pocket. Bobs wouldn't not go by their agreement. I had to pay for all of these issues out of my car payment and I had told this to several people at his business. Once my van was reposessed I went to collect my belongings. I went in and cooperated with the general manager which was very rude and sarcastic from the time I walked in. He said awe poor you for not having your car anymore. I ignored it and went to collect my things. As I was collecting my belongings I noticed some items were missing. The van was locked before they came for it so I politely told the general manager my things are missing. He in turn said that is not my problem, now shut up and get your things. I was furious that they could just take my belongings without careing. He then got mad after I told him that was not right and he started yelling and fussing, I have several whitnesses to this. I told him I will be turning the business in to the Revdex.com. He told me he was calling the police for tresspassing. Once I got all my belongings except the stolen ones I contacted an attorney foriadvice and told me to file with the Revdex.com. I have seen the general manager treat other customers this way and he is very unprofessionl. I would never refer anyone to that business not everyoneDesired Settlement: The total for the missing items, and for the battery and tow truck jump and whatever else I am possiblyeenitled to.

Please accept my concern with complaint # 10126756. Ms. [redacted]’ contract went into default shortly after her purchase. We offer a 30 day warranty on the engine and transmission internally lube parts only. We are not responsible for her battery. We are also not responsible for items left in the vehicle, section 8 (c). We do however always try to help customers who make timely payments.

Review: Hi I purchased this car on nov 8th from bobs irrestibles and since it has been about 35 days and I have had nothing but issues I probably only had the car in my possseion for two weeks because it has had problems running and this companys manager [redacted] has been very disrespectful towards me and towards my boyfriend he has also made sexaul comments about me to a employee at this bussiness and he told me I would not give me my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to be treated like a person and not get screwed over. I havnt made the payments because I have not even had the car I would like to jus start this process over

Ms. [redacted] purchased a 05 Audi on 11/7/2013. Please find enclosed a copy of the purchase order and installment agreement. Bob’s Irresistible Auto Sales has paid over $738.35 in repairs since purchase of the car. These repairs were made at no charge to Ms. [redacted]. Please find enclosed a copy of the warranty. The warranty is a 50/50 power train warranty. This means the customer pays 50%. We paid it all as good faith. Ms. [redacted]’s payments on her account are not contingent on performance of the car. Ms. [redacted]’s account is $730.00 in arrears as of 12/30/2013. The sexual comments to which this letter addresses are unknown. Sincerely, [redacted]
