Review: I stopped buying food from Bob's last year, as I noticed the owner/manager would sell me expired food items. Over the last week, I have noticed a terrible smell inside the store. On the evening of 1/26/2014, I mentioned it to the older attendant (cashier). I was very nice about it. The attendant told me I should go to the owner and was not helpful at all vs. being helpful and telling me he would let the owner know. Instead, he proceeded to tell me how I smelled bad. I am concerned about the smell and do not know what is causing it. I am also concerned about the inappropriate behavior of employees when responding to customer complaints. Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: An apology from the store would be in order. They could also determine the cause of the bad smell in the store and erradicate it. The cashiers should be spoken to about being kind/helpful to customers who voice complaints.
