Aloha Mick,This matter is closed and a full refund has been issued. T[redacted] C[redacted]'s student record file did not match his doctor's release and showed a contraindication to diving. T[redacted] was issued a 50% refund at the time of the cancellation. A full refund should...
have been issued at the time of the cancellation, but a mistake was made on the part of the salesperson involved. This mistake has subsequently been corrected and the remaining 50% refund has been issued. Credit Card refunds sometimes take up to 7 to 10 days to show up on his account. If he does not see the refund after that time. T[redacted] should contact us at 808-[redacted].
