Had this described accident in September of 2011.
Do not use this shop. Believe every word that these people have written on other reviews. Don't take his word that ANY new parts are being installed. He did such a horrendous job on my RV collision repair that ALL of the body work had to be done over. In addition to that, what my insurance company termed "parts and labor charged for but not performed" to the tune of almost $3500, which the insurance company, ("[redacted]"), paid back to me. He takes advantage of people who are passing through, break down, and make the mistake of coming here. Pretty slimy when 2/3 of the $9400 job was either not done or had to be completely done over by acompetent and honest shop!. My friend happened to stop here a few years back and the "knowledgeable" owner tried to sell him a different size tire after a blowout, saying that it wouldn't make a difference. Both my friend and I live 400 miles from this shop, so what are the chances of that??? BEWARE OF THE OWNER AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, BELIEVE ME!!I wish I had been able to research both this creep and later found out he was a convicted felon already!! Took him to the local Kangaroo Court and the guy shows up with absolutely no evidence or parts receipts (which the "judge" asked Bob for), where I had absolute proof (pictures and statements from the manufacturer that he didn't buy my almost $2,000 bumper from them (the only place it could be obtained from) and PICTURES of the fiberglass repairs that he claimed was a brand new bumper from the manufacturer (the crook eve told me painted it for me to "be a nice guy", which wasn't painted and I didn't even like!) , and the other shoddy repairs . One can only assume how or why the Court decision in Jan 2014 for the $2600 in "workmanship issues" that [redacted] refused to reimburse me for went against me.","neg-1
