I am rejecting this response because:There is no way I would have known if the work was indeed completed since (1) I’m not a plumber and (2) it takes time for the water to backup again I do have a witness from ***, the professional plumber that actually unclog the line He assured that the work was not completed You should have the integrity to accept the fact that you did not complete the work
