As stated in the previous emailed response, Mr. R[redacted] is in breach of contract. I included a copy of the contract in that email. If Mr. R[redacted] pays is balance do in full, any and all issues with his pool will be addressed and taken care of per the warranty agreement on the signed contract. Mr. R[redacted] is aware of this. We have had a few interactions over the past two years. Each time he was told that if he honored his agreement and paid his balance due, any and all issues would be rapidly addressed. Mr. R[redacted] is in full control of this situation. If and when he chooses to pay his balance we will address his concerns. In the state of AZ contractors have the right to lean property for the lack of payment. Contractors can also turn over unpaid balances to collection agencies for payment. Our company chooses not to go that  route even though it is our option. We choose to take the higher ground and have faith that customers will choose the better path and fulfill their obligations.At no time do we dispute any of his claims. The issues he has had would have been addressed in a timely manor had he fulfilled his obligation to pay for the product he agreed to pay for. He never notified us of a pump issue. We use fantastic products that are fully covered under our warranty which is one of the best in the industry. Although this is just my assumption, Mr. R[redacted] probably did not notify us of the pump issue because he may have known he would be asked to pay his balance which is in default.  Unfortunately, we cannot reposes a pool as a bank would do with a car or a house which a customer does not pay for. If it was possible, we would review that option.  Pay your bill Mr. R[redacted] and your issues will be addressed.  Until your VERY VERY past due balance is paid, your issues are yours. You only live 1.5 miles from our office and we take credit. So you know where to pay when you decide to do the right thing. Good night Sleep well!Yours truely William P[redacted]

We did not use a tile contractor as Mr. R[redacted] states. At the time we did all of our decking in house using Monster Pool Company employees.The decking was done properly. It passed inspection and looks great. Please see the attached photos.Mr. R[redacted] argument started when we asked for final payment....

Although his pool was complete and the contract (see attachment ) states that final payment is due prior to the pool being installed Mr. R[redacted] did not want to pay his balance. We should have waited and not installed the interior but siding with good faith we decided to go ahead and get it done so. We are a busy pool company with many projects so it is in our best interest as well as the customers interest not to disrupt the process.We have stated on several occasions that any and all issues Mr. R[redacted] has will be taken care of immediately if he pays his past due balance of $1289.50 from 2 years ago.This entire situation could have been avoided if Mr. R[redacted] would satisfy his financial obligation. Please note the payment schedule showing the final amount of 10% dues prior to interior completion. The amount differs because Mr. R[redacted] financed his pool and the finance company had a different payment schedule. Also please note that the project was completed over 2 years ago. He did not file a complaint until now because he is in need of a warranty call for a non working light. We let him know that as soon as the past due balance was paid, we would repair the light and fulfill any and all warranties. Thank youWilliam P[redacted]

Pool builder took over 4 and a half months to build pool. Salesman Jeff told us it would be done in July. No communication from anyone at this company through the entire building process. Lots of mistakes in craftsmanship of travertine put in and also 4 months since completion pool pump is leaking. I was told by the owner that no timetable was guaranteed. That is a garbage excuse. At one point in July to August the pool sat untouched for over three weeks. No contact from ownership or the building supervisor. Pool inspection failed three times because no one ever came out to install gate springs. Do not build with this company. Horrible experience and will be pursuing other actions against this company.

Monster is correct that I contacted them to fix my lights.  They are all non working .  The pump has also been replaced after 1 year, and the Company never showed to install the router for my pool remote.  Monster was negligible and in breach of contract from the first drop of water.  I paid for a chemical start up that I never received.  There are many more pictorial evidences of a terrible tile job resulting in an improperly sloped deck.  There are still broken tiles around the fire pit that were never replaced. i have told monster pools that I have no issue with the outstanding amount so long as they finish the job.they never finished my pool.  Period!

Monster pool company is a 5 star company. They did a great job.
