The lady that lives in the Apartment a paraplegic that has to have a RN nurse come in 7 days a week in the morning and in the evening...The office will verify this.2nd he states that the driver watch the lady sit in car and then get out so he did not warn her that the car would be towed and the owner also stated that because they have not been towing cars the office had gotten onto them...I would like for a full refund.
