The details of this matter are as follows: Complaint Involves: Selling Practices Customer’s Statement of the Problem: company advertised $19.99 [redacted] shoes (2 days only) I went to store(above location)same day & they had NONE & were expecting NONE to be delivered. I tried to purchase on line & they had ONE PAIR in size 9(NOT MY SIZE) I do think this is false/deceptive advertising. I even complained to main location on line & they did not say they were EVER getting these in again nor would they give a rain check. with this type of attitude I will never shop there again  Name of Salesperson:   Desired Settlement: I want the shoes priced as advertised   [redacted]

Today [redacted]Asset Protection & Risk Management spoke to the customer.  The resolve was to issue a credit to the customer of $2.67 and a $25 Gift Card for her inconvenience.

the amount in question on my credit card and am still awaiting a $25 gift card that was promised to me by Ron C[redacted] Also, I received shipment of my order yesterday and although the sneakers seem to be  in good condition, the shoe box that they were shipped in was ripped into pieces and fell apart as soon as I took it out of the delivery package. I plan on heading to the [redacted] Bob's store today to see if they will give me a proper box as these are a Christmas present for my son and I have nothing to wrap them in.
