document are not accurate and also I can see correction in some fields . I dont believe I signed on that paper with the knowledge of running a hard enquiry of my credit and other details . If its a new vehicle purchase where is the price listed on the paper where is the VIN number for that ? I really wonder how did they run the credit without my Legal name which is on my drivers license . I dont see my leagal name on the document they attached but I see a different name as well. Seems like things are very easy for them to pull peoples personal details . Who knows if they sell it to the marketing companies . After I went to their dealership I started getting a lot of calls asking me to buy/trad in Nissan vehicles and also getting a lot of calls for buying Auto insiurance and other extended warranty stating they have my Vehicle information with them . Its very unfair from Nissan , I never thought Nissan delaers would act like this. For me Im very much concerned about my persoanl deatils and identity.

is not responsible for collecting the fees. Since, Ms. [redacted] did not request the fees to be added to her loan, we did not. Ms. [redacted], 1st payment due date was reduced from 45 days to 30 days to fit her payment needs. With a simple interest contract, the payment changes since the interest has to accrue on these days. Going 45 days to first payment made the payment higher then she wanted.

I am rejecting this response because: I told them I was not from Oklahoma and am not familiar with fees or how the process goes. They  were aware of that and that it was my first time buying a car and not once did they tell me about question I am suppose to ask. When they said we pay our own tags and fees I was hesitant but said I will and it should be  no more than $500. When I said that to the guy he never said no its more or corrected the amount. He took advantage of me and let me believe it was less. They failed to mention my payments would be due in 30 days. Noone told me until I got the bill
