I am rejecting this response because:The facts tht MrsG*** esponded with were quite confused It is clear neither she nor her employees have listening skills or record keeping skills that are at at a professional level the vehicle was not damaged by running over something on the road She herself told me that her first mechanic ordered all the wrong parts and my initial estimate more than quadrupled in price and her mechanic was fired She herself would never deal with my complaints and repeatedly handed the phone over to her mechanic and requested that I speak to him Her son too admitted that they would make good on their faulty repairs, thus acknowledging their liability My car was in their shop for over six months I researched availability of parts and myself several times paid for parts out of my own pocket in order to expedite repairs The are several posts on the internet reporting this same kind of conduct being committed by this garage I stand by my intial complaint and will not be subjected to MrsG***'s abusive behavior She blames every one else but herself--even to the point of blaming me for her dog's death This complaint is not closed

I am highly offended with *** *'s accusations in regards to repairing his vehicle on TWO separate occasions with TWO separate issuesHis statement/complaint is FAR from the actual
events.To begin, *** * owns a *** *** *** bearing vehicle identification number ***His vehicle is one of the few left in the country and is extremely rare because it is turbo chargedSubaru sold these models from 2003-They only sold a total of 30,*** during the production yearsThese vehicles are no longer made and replacement parts are of little existenceHence, the MAJOR ISSUE in repairing the car in a timely manner*** * was made well aware of this situation fromJanuary our company was called by *** * to tow his *** *** from Route ** after he ran over a large piece of debris on the interstate*** * requested that it be towed back to our facility for repairUpon bringing the vehicle back to our shop, we put it on the car lift and showed *** * that the transmission was broken and I mean literally busted in piecesThe transmission could not even be rebuilt due to the damageNot only was the transmission broken, but the shifter inside the car was pushed up and broken into pieces as wellThis showed that *** *hit the debris extremely hard*** *’s driveshaft was also brokenHe was also made aware of this and he saw the damage for himself- .It took us over weeks to locate the ONLY transmission that would fit for his carThere was NO replacement shifter in the entire country (new or used)It took us weeks to locate the CORRECT parts and rebuild the shifter from scratchAlso, the parts could not even be ordered through local dealerships because they could not get the correct partsThis seems crazy, but this is 110% trueA *** *** *** is basically obsoleteAfter numerous phone calls and web searches for parts, we finally made a great parts connectionIt took extra time to get the replacement parts, but only 90% of the time they Were correct." After two months of being put through the ringer trying to get all the correct parts, the job was completed with perfection! The car ran great and shifted perfectly on numerous test drives*** * paid and picked up his vehicle on March 19, 2014.**I have attached invoice #to show you all the parts that were used to complete the job.*
