Bob F[redacted], business owner, returned Revdex.com's call and responded to this complaint verbally. He stated that he has been back out and took out the remainder of the tree and consumers kept the wood. He also took care of calling the electric company and someone came out and hooked them up. Revdex.com talked with consumer by phone and she stated that Bob did come back out and cut down the tree but did not remove it as agreed and as he was paid to do. She is going to have someone else come out and finish the job.

The owner of the business called and said he had been out to the consumers' property 4 times. He said the consumers wanted to keep the wood so he hauled away the brush and rakings and stacked the wood for them.
