I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11436692, and have determined...
that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
My family has been attempting to solve this situation without taking legal action. We have been in contact with the office along with Brian, which is one of the owners. He told us that someone would be out last Monday- 5/9/2016. My wife took time off of work on short notice to be here for the crew that was supposed to be here. No call, no show. We have received NO Contact from the office regarding a possible future date or why we were not informed of the cancellation. Also I called the Waterford Building Code office to see if a permit was pulled for my home by Kroll Construction. No permit was pulled as of 5/4/2016.

Kroll Construction is working on setting up for repair in the next few weeks with customer.
