Review: : I was in garage for dignostic for [redacted] for problem on RF wheell . [redacted] give me estimate for Rf ball jont, Rf bearing, Rf spinelle for $610. I take [redacted] to [redacted] to check three things from your estimate there is no problem with joint or bearings or spinelle that parts is perfect. I take [redacted] to Merchant's the told me same things. I think you do bad job with dignostic, I pay $ 44.50 for dignostic which is never done. The just charge not even doing job, no refund. I never go to Bob wheel alignment.

I am responding to complaint [redacted]. The resolution desired was stop contacting me
and since we did not contact the customer in the first place, I wasn't sure that I had to do
anything. Also, the disputed amount of money was $0, so that is why I have not responded.
