9-month period we charge a $20.00 trip charge fee (all mechanical parts and labor is covered) in which Mr. [redacted] did not pay on 4-14-16 which it was in extended warranty period. The part that broke on Mr. [redacted] refrigerator is not covered under our warranty. It is considered a plastic part. It is not considered a mechanical part because they often break due to customer abuse or wear and tear, pushing ice or water lever to hard and breaking plastic part.
