Totally professional and VERY helpful
My interaction with Bobula's Septic Service was as good as one can ever hope for, in every way. Professional, helpful, reasonably priced, accommodating and friendly to boot. Here is my story: Our septic tank cleaning was long, long overdue. My husband and I have been winging it on bacteria/enzyme packets and a prayer for years. We didn't even know where our tank was located. We're on an acre and our realtor had pointed WAY out in the back and said "over there is where your septic tank is." Mrs. Bobula was extremely helpful from the moment she answered the phone. She took the time to look us up on google earth and said she thought the tank was under our circular driveway, not 75 feet out. Our immediate problem was root balls in the line between the two clean outs on the back lawn (which has a big tree.) The Hoffman Plumbing guy who came out to rooto root told us he thought we had a break in the line and marked the spot with an X on the grass. "Don't use ANY toilet paper before this is fixed." They gave a ridiculously high bid so we "bagged" the paper until our preferred plumber, Greg Petersen, could get to us with the pipe repair a few days later (also great and very busy). In the meantime, I made an appointment with Bobula's to locate the tank out in the back field (my husband still believed the realtor), dig it up and pump it out 2 weeks later (they're lot's of peoples' favorite, so very busy). During the pipe repair work, which needed to go beyond the 2nd clean out into the driveway, the excavator came across a cement structure. Lo and behold it WAS the septic tank, just like Mrs. Bobula thought. I immediately called her and asked if we should leave it uncovered for the 10 days to our septic pumping appointment and she immediately squeezed us in for the cleaning that day since we had already uncovered the tank, saving us the location and digging fee. (So much for fiscal dishonesty as in the review above.) The man she sent out, Wes, was a GREAT guy, and he worked unbelievably hard at cleaning out our tank--which was really full with solidified muck. When he was done, one could have hopped down there for a picnic, so clean was the tank. It is really wonderful to deal with people who know their business that well, have trained their guys equally well and were so friendly and accommodating throughout. Trust me, you will NOT regret engaging Bobula's--you will probably be just as happy with them as I am.

Complaint[redacted] of Bobulas septic service took payment twice for the amount of 1200.00 [redacted] accepted a payment of 2400.00 for a job that was billed for 1200.00 and thinks that she does not have to refund the money. The company is family run and [redacted] likes to dupe the public by telling the public that her husband is in a wheelchair and that her husband is incapacitated and all of the work falls upon her.She likes to make the public think that she is in dire straights due to her husbands alleged disability and has to perform the work herself when in fact the work falls upon [redacted] son [redacted] for ALL of the servicing in NV and CA[redacted] sent a worker ([redacted]) to performed work at a residence I have In California and she sent him with a blank invoice. She also instructed the worker to leave the BLANK INVOICE at my doorstep just incase that I was not home.I do not nor would not authorize work at my home without my presence. For her to send someone out to perform service without contacting me prior to the work to be performed is a liability on BOBULAS BEHALF and they should NEVER ASSUME THAT TRESSPASSING ON SOMEONES PROPERTY WITH OUT ORIOR CINBTACT IS A LIABILITY AS WELL AS TRESSPASSING.[redacted] Bobula did not call nor did she make any attempt contact me regarding the overpayment and it is believed that she intends to keep the overpayment.I believe that it is their intent to keep the money and to screw me out of the 1200.00 dollars that is my money. It is my intention to take this matter to court.Thank you[redacted]Desired Settlementrefund please and contact the business with my complaintBusiness Response To whom it may concern,Bobula Septic did perform work for the customer Aug.7, 2015. We received payment for said work on Oct. 6, 2015. The received check bounced. [redacted] went the bank to cash the check and after a number of trips was able to cash the check in late November. In January, Bobula Septic received another check. It sat in the office for several weeks. On Feb 22, 2016 the customer was contacted and informed that she did not owe the full balance, but rather only the $50.00 return check fee, [redacted] asked the customer to stop by the office and pick up the check. The customer said to go ahead and cash the check, take out the return check fee and pump another septic tank at her house in [redacted]. [redacted] told the customer that the company would get to the other home by the end of the following week. [redacted], a company driver, did pump the second home on March 4, 2016. [redacted] was instructed to leave a blank invoice to let the customer know that the tank was pumped. [redacted] was not privy to the balance on the customer's account, hence the blank invoice. After the tank was pumped, the customer called in a rage. She was angry because we went on her property when she wasn't there and that the balance of her account was not on the invoice. The blank balance has been previously explained. However, the driver responsible for doing the job said that the customer was, in fact, there and that he talked to her before and after the pumping. The septic tank lid was dug up and ready to pump. It was clear we were expected.During the subsequent phone conversation between the customer and [redacted], the customer was very angry and denied telling[redacted] to put that check on her account. [redacted] was shocked, but was very kind and told her that a check for the remaining credit balance would be mailed immediately. That check went out with the mail the very next day, Saturday March 5, 2016.Bobula Septic Service has done business with this customer for eight years. The billing has always been done through the mail or email. In the past she has ordered the work and we have completed it without her being present. There has never been an issue before. It is unfortunate that this situation has taken place. Bobula Septic has a very good reputation and has on many occasion worked with customers as far as payment plans in these tough economic times. Bobula's wish the customer the best and hope to resolve the situation quickly.
