Do not use Boca Appliance for your appliance service needs. The website says they treat all customers like friends and complete most calls on the first visit. Nothing could be further from the truth. They don't show up when scheduled, they don't finish the job on the first visit and they don't return phone calls. I have been calling their office for three days and no one answers the phone. I don't even know if they are coming back to finish the job. They never gave me an estimate for parts and they didn't explain why my dishwasher wasn't working. Don't waste your money with this company. The so-called family business needs to get some customer service training or close their doors. I usually don't post negative reviews but this "service" is a joke and others in Boca need to know this company is a waste of time. I am probably on the hook for their $29.95 service call and with no service, I need to find a new repairman and pay for a second service call.

Blue H2O Marine LLC has not received payment for the invoice #[redacted] dated 1/25/16 for $314.10 it sent to [redacted]  If they decided to pay our mfg. that was a bad choice they made. I have been invoiced by Precision Dynamics (Inv. #[redacted]) dated 1/21/2016. Our invoice to Waypoint remains open and past due.  We need to receive payment and Waypoint should send us a check.

The invoice has been paid with the actual manufacture of the product.  We purchased this product and received it and two days later we were contacted by [redacted] about payment.  He spoke to two different members of my staff and was the most rude and unprofessional person we have ever...

dealt with  He proceeded to yell and scream at employees and call us crooks.  At that point the check for payment had already been put in the mail.  I made contact with him about his actions and to let give him the opportunity to appologize and still earn our business.  He proceeded to scream at me and tell me that we owed him an apology at which time I let him know that we would no longer being doing business with him.  That day I found the actual manufacture and made contact with them and informed them what had transpired.  They told me to stop payment on this product and send them the payment direct.  We did this that very same day.  The payment was received and has cleared with them.  At this point any payment information would be between the actual manufacture and inventor of the product and [redacted].  [redacted] is the most unprofessional person we have ever tried to do business with.  For a man trying to conduct business to call on a business that had already sent payment within one day of receiving the product and scream and yell at employees is not acceptable business for us.  We will no longer do business with him and highly suggest anyone be very aware of his business ethics.  After speaking to other dealers of the product and multiple stories from them about the same type of actions it is an easy decision.  Again payment was made in full to the manufacture and all bills were settled up. Payment was made and cleared with the actual manufacture.  I verified this morning with the manufacture that we were all settled up and that they had canceled the invoice to [redacted].  He was not invoice from the manufacture, so we do not owe him any money for this.  The actual manufacture name is Precision Dynamics out of [redacted] and the owners name is [redacted].  He can verify any all of this.  [redacted]   Thanks, [redacted]                                                                            361-651-2628 P           3033 S Padre Island Dr “Leading The Way To Better Boating”            361-651-2633 F                 CC, TX 78415
