I went to the store in Lake Park to get drapes made for my living room based on a recommendationAfter paying about for their low end line over a month ago I still do not have my drapes installed and they are adding new charges onto my billThey corporate office manager even admitted that they have certain assumptions that are not listed in their paperwork
On top of everything they made a mistake when reading height measurements, which were written twice, and are doing whatever they can to have the customer pay for their mistakes
There is a reason that businesses have empty parking lots and are constantly having a sale

Horrible! The (Rude!) clerk, [redacted], whom I assumed was a professional or at least knew how to use a tape measure measured my chosen fabric incorrectly and charged me a small fortune for it. When I returned to the store, (which is 1/2 hour away from my home) to get the corrected size of fabric, the other clerk was terse and rude and they had the nerve to charge me for the additional fabric which was wrong because of their incompetence! I will never, ever shop there again and will warn any friends away as well. Terrible experience!
