Today I spent $$$$$to my hair color after a miserable experience at Boca Beauty Academy I'm a long haired blond......didn't need highlights only a base color, which the BBA made BLACK!! Tonight my hairdresser spent three hours and put thousands of highlights into my hair rather than ruin my hair further with hair remover This BBA screw up will take MONTHS to recover!
NEVER, NEVER TRUST BOCA BEAUTY ACADEMY FOR HAIR COLOR
This school and staff does not return my phone calls. I completed my esthetics course and they refused to give me my license because they expected me to pay their balance in full. Even when they already recieved payment from Sallie Mae for the first time I attended and was unable to finish due to a medical illness. My experience with this school was unfair, unethical how the way the staff treated and spoke to me, unprofessional, and they do not care about their students. I am a hardworking and honest individual. And now I am a mother with student loan debt and nothing to show for my hard work. I don't reccomend this school they are out for their money not for your future and education.
This is a sham as far as schools go. They held onto my license paperwork until I paid the balance, however, I was told it was coming "any day". The so called education is a joke, as it is not sufficient and thorough enough to get a job. They claim they do "job placement", and they do not. They are a rip off, lying organization, and are only interested in how much money they can get out of students. I have been through the esthetician course, and still cannot find work, so the money I paid was wasted. They will lie and tell you anything just to get your money. Be aware, don't go to this school.
