Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, I do not accept the response made by Manager Maritza [redacted] because she had no justify reason to terminate the contract at the moment the complaint was made in November 6, The complaint was made because of a leakage coming in through the walls and she refused to listen saying that she was not responsible for anything but as a manager she needed to handle things differentlyThe complaint was never made in an aggressive manner or in such a way that she could feel threaten, she was being talk to in a proper manner even though she was the one being condescendingThis is not the first time the manager has acted in an unprofessional way from what we've been told from residents and even employees of hersMoving on, in the attached documents is the only letter that we receive by management that was given to us within the hour of when the complaint was made stating that we were requested to be evicted, so it is untrue that the same day of the complaint was made that she sent someone to fix the leak, nobody was sentRegarding the situation in which other residents, my daughter, son in law, and newborn grandson where living there and were not in the contract the manager knew all about because before I signed the contract employee Lily had to get permission from her to go on and make the contractLike every company everything goes first through the manager and she knew everything about my family living thereAll that the manager has done is lie about a situation that could have been handle many weeks ago.I understand that part of November rent was given in credit as well as the deposit so I am asking to not be charge $for the tenants default because we did not brake the contract and the only letter we receive does not state why the evictions was givenAlso, I am asking not to be charge $for the December rent because again it was not our choice to the brake the contractI will also like explain that the apartment was in no condition to live in because every time it rain the water would come in through the walls so even if I was not evicted and I wanted to terminate the contract it would have been my right and no other charges should have been chargeAs my right I should not be charge for December's rent nor the default because of the state the apartment was at the time

On Behalf of the management,
I would like to respond to the complaint received on December 15,
from
*** * ***, now a former tenant at Pagewood
Place Apartments with office address at *** *** *** *** ***
On September 19, a
verbal complaint was placed at the leasing office with regards to a water leak
coming from the wall in the master bedroomManagement responded right away resolve
the issue by sending maintenance to do necessary repairs within that dayThe
water leak was repaired to both parties satisfaction as we did not receive any
further complaints from the tenant then
On November 6, unauthorized
visitor and or occupant came to the leasing office in a obnoxious manner
demanding to know who would be responsible for damages to his furniture due to
a water leak in the living room areaNot knowing who the person was at the
time maintenance was sent to the unit to take care of repairs again that same
day
Occupant got more and more
confrontational and was asked to leave leasing office until he could calm down
A lease violation was issue due to the threatening behavior he presented at the
officeManagement later found out by the same visitor he was the person
occupying *** *** and not lease holder *** *** ***Notice to vacate
was issue to *** *** *** for subletting the apartment without management
authorization
As a result tenant defaulted
according to lease contract management issued a notice for immediate possession

I went to a movie, Fist Fight, with my son-in-law, at the University Stadium MegaPlex Theatre in Logan, UtahThe movie was atrociousI asked for a refund and was told they only give refunds if you do not watch the entire movieI only stayed to the end because the advertising touted a great ending, but the ending had no redeeming value and was as atrocious as the rest of the movieI don't care about the theater's refund policy; I want a refund anyway

This letter is in response to complaint received on December
22, placed by *** ***, now a previous tenant from Page wood Place Apartments
As previous explained on response letter from December 17,
2014, a complaint was placed at the leasing office regarding a water leak in
*** ***Maintenance was sent to do repairs the same day complaint was
received
Lolo ***, maintenance supervisor for Page wood Place Apartments personally attended the
service callA written statement can be provided by supervisor as to repairs
done that day in *** ***
*** ***, sublet the apartment without management written
consentSuch conduct is considered a default for which she received notice to
vacate under lease contract
*** *** had the opportunity to discuss the notice to
vacate with office manager but did not make the attempt to do so
Management completed all repairs acted in a timely manner
All charges are based according to lease contract
If *** *** has any questions and or
additional comments she can contact the leasing office at *** or

Also, I am asking not to be charge $610 for the December rent because again it was not our choice to the brake the contract. I will also like explain that the apartment was in no condition to live in because every time it rain the water would come in through the walls so even if I was not evicted and I wanted to terminate the contract it would have been my right and no other charges should have been charge. As my right I should not be charge for December's rent nor the default because of the state the apartment was at the time.
