Ahhhh.... yes, that was a sigh of relief! You too can rest easy if you hire Adam to be your home inspector. I wanted a home inspector that could detect mold and who had a strong background in construction. I asked around and Adam was recommended to me by a guy that does home renovations, so that gave me my first feeling of confidence. Then like you I reviewed his website and was impressed by all the things he can test and so. I was sold. Then came the communication, Adam is clear, concise and put me at ease with the process verbally walking me through what would happen and suggested we try to be there for the inspection so he could teach us about our new home. Was super flexible with his schedule, he even works on Sundays which is the one day my guy and I could both be free. We had a hiccup where the sellers canceled an hour before the inspection and Adam just rolled with it, which calmed town a tense situation. The day of the home inspection we followed his advice and met him for the inspection, he taught us many things that will make us competent home owners, he tagged all the valves and shut off spots and just put us at ease knowing it was a sound house and teaching us how to take care of it. Not to mention the tools he has to do his job are cool! You can even see where you need more insulation in spots. So if you are reading this, you found a quality, competent, home inspector.

When it came time to have an inspection on our new home I looked to friends for a good referral. Adam came highly recommended and lived up to his reputation. He was easy to get a hold of on the phone to schedule with, and was upfront about services and costs.
