Review: My car was in an accident and was towed by this company. The next day I went to the garage and they agreed to fix my vehicle. The car required repairs from the accident that had to do with the body as well as the front wheels, axle etc. My first complaint is that the car was not fixed. They had the car for almost 3 months and the day I picked it up, had to drive right back and leave it there over the weekend. After that the same thing, another noise or problem, and had to bring the car back. After I had the car, I made various complaints that the car did not seem fixed, the steering was loose, the tires and underneath were making noises, my e-break somehow broke, and the bumper fell off that was replaced because it was replaced with zip ties. I was charge almost 5000 for this job. After paying it monthly, the car continued to break, I did not want them doing any more work on it because the problems never resolved. I inquired about getting rid of the car because of how awful it felt on the road. I was advised that it was "fine". I was also told that the man in which I was dealing with wasn't even doing the work on the car. I was never given a exact description of all that was replaced despite asking, just a huge bill after 3 months of rental cars. I was not satisfied with the what was fixed and still can tell you that the car was so broken that I had to buy a new car.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my money excluding tow charges.
