Review: In July of 2012, I contracted with Boccarossa Insurance LLC [redacted] Ct to insure my empty commercial building on [redacted] which would expire July 31, 2013. On July 24, 2013, I paid by check $3,775.00 to renew insurance for one year from July 31, 2013 to July 31, 2014.

I sold said building on October 28, 2013 notified Boccarossa Insurance to cancel insurance and to please return unused portion of premium.

After many phone calls, plus completing a policy release statement, I still have not received the rebate due me.

I am appealing to you for help in getting all the funds due me.

If you need any further documents please inform me.
