Review: I hired them to pick up and drop of my bride to be at our wedding location. The agreement was that I would need their car for no more than an hour as it was from [redacted] to [redacted] and agreed to pay $150, which I did. After the wedding my now wife informed me that the limo driver was great and the limo was clean but they dropped her off in the parking lot and didn't wait the few extra minutes we needed for my elderly parents need to get in position. I was upset over this as we only needed a few minutes for them to not have to rush walking down the dirt path. I spoke with the owner and she was not friendly or nice at all. She used less than professional language and accused me of trying to scam her. I INITIALLY only wanted an apology for what could have been a mis understanding but her rudeness and dis-respectfulness had me try to recoup some the of the cost through the credit card company as I felt I did not get 100% of what I paid for. I have witnesses and documentation of their lies in trying to discredit me. They claim I should have been charged more because I (may have) gave them the location as [redacted] in [redacted] but the actual physical address is in [redacted]. They claim that this was a longer distance and they should have charged me more money. The state park is a park they told me they were familiar with as is just about every car service that does weddings, it's a very popular photo location. The park didn't move or change locations so the distance didn't change. I am not sure how they are claiming it was further than I originally told them. The park is in both towns with ONLY ONE entrance. I have never dealt with such a rude and disrespectful owner of a business before and her lack of respect or customer service should be well published. I simply requested the driver to wait a few more minutes before letting my bride out. Is that too much to ask for a limo service to do? An apology would have meant something if offered.Desired Settlement: I have tried to request a 25% refund as I feel they did not give me the customer service you are paying for along with the physical ride to the location. When you are delivering a bride to her wedding and a few more minutes are needed, the limo service should be able to provide that without question as it was only about 3 additional minutes requested. I would like other potential customers to know how they operate and how they lack customer service and respect

Our Company was hired by [redacted] to pick up his Fiance In [redacted] and drop off in [redacted]. We discussed with him that we do not just do drop off that we have a 3 hour minimum for wedding he then said he did not need it for 3 hours just needed drop off so we decided to do the drop off for him I felt bad so I did not want turn him away. I did tell him we were busy but that I would help him out and put him in schedule and he agreed for pick up and drop off for $150. Our driver pulled up at house the bride got in the limo when she was ready and the driver drove to [redacted]. when the driver pulled in to the park there was not a lot of room for a stretch limo to park so the driver pulled in and parked where he could fit. They asked the driver if he could stay and wait there and the driver said no that it is suppose to be pick up and drop off that what I was told. [redacted] had disputed this with [redacted] 3 times and they felt that we did our job. In all 3 disputes [redacted] has changed his story first was driver rushed the bride out of house then when he lost that dispute then he had said the ride was only 30 min and he was suppose have the limo for hour which we never said he paid for a pick up and drop off if he wanted the limo to wait he should off book the hourly package and then lost that dispute. I feel that Bocchino Limousine did there job and If I had any idea [redacted] was going to try dispute this charge and bad mouth our company on face book I would of never agreed to helping him. I feel like he is trying to get free ride if he had a problem that day and wanted limo to stay he could of contacted the office and we would of handled it right there instead of him calling us days later.
