Boch Chevrolet Reviews (4)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below b My initial dealing with Boch was through the online unit of Boch Through several emails and text with an employee of Boch [redacted] we agreed upon a price and one other item, a spare tire set up This was done in an email and and I believe a text message, it was also the only question I confirmed with Boch on a phone call prior to going to Boch on April 13th the day I purchased the car The negotiations were done at this time as far as I was concernedUpon arriving at Boch the first question I asked the receptionist, the sales manager [redacted] and the salesman assigned to me was "Can everyone see and read all the emails and text that I had already done with the online sales department", all three of the new employees assured me that yes they could review all this information On conclusion of my test drive I again agreed to the previous terms, of a price and the spare tire I was surprisedwhen the salesman had no idea about the previous mentioned negotiations and offered me a considerable price hike I brought out one of the email from the online employee and then the new employees did agree to honor the price, but we're not sure about the tire, I said that I wanted both the price and the tire since it was already in the deal [redacted] continued to tell me that he did not know if he could honor that part of the deal and after being at the dealership for a few hour we left it at they would look at the next day The deal was negotiated by a Boch employee and now they do not have to honor it because a second employee says it is too expensive Regards, ***

As previously mentioned, the spare tire was not listed on the window sticker of the car. The salesman told the customer upon his arrival at the dealership that a spare tire did not come with the vehicle. However the customer did tell the salesman despite what he was advised, that he would get a spare tire before taking delivery and that he did not want to go "shopping again." It is the position of the dealership that the spare tire was not part of the deal and that the need for the dealership to provide a spare tire is not reflected within the four corners of the purchase contract because if it appeared in the contract, the customer would have been provided with the tire. This is the dealership's final position

The invoice on the vehicle did not specify there was a spare tire that came with this vehicle.  The sticker on the vehicle did not indicate there was a spare tire for the vehicle. and the customer was told by the salesperson there was no spare tire for the vehicle and...

that the car came with an inflator kit.   Now the company failed to issue a check to the customer for the inspection sticker and that check will be mailed to the customer.  The dealership has not intentionally stopped taking calls from the customer.
