According to the General Manager, the customer was fully apprised during the negotiation process that the vehicle he wanted to purchase was a fresh trade with a payoff Te customer was never given a definitive time on receiving a title The customer has a friend who pulled the VIN and noted that the title has been released to the dealer The title was mailed to the dealership from the RMV but the customer interpreted the release and the arrival date to be one in the same the dealership staff w transparent with a high level of clarity pertaining to the title Customer requested that documentation fees be waived by that request was denied

It is most unfortunate that the customer got caught in closure of the closing of the [redacted] Nissan Business.  If the customer wants, we can have a Boch Nissan representative contact her about her issues and so our best to help her get these issues corrected.  Please advise.
