Mr *** ***,Thank you for the response to our complaintWe have notchallenge in any way our signatures in the contractsOur complaint is about the way the information was presented and the conditions presented to us inorder to sign those papers. The cancelation of the insurance contracts, what you refer as “an act of good faith”, is what is required by law Regarding the complaint, please check the documents attached. As I mentioned in my complaint, the "options" document does notclearly shows item by item the cost of the extra products, presenting misleading information )reinforced by the finance person) In the other hand, as you cansee what is written in document is not coincident with the other (vs 7 years)Looks like what was offered is not what we signed for. As mentioned in the previous email, we require evidence that the product it is said was applied, was applied, because the exterior and interior of the card looks the same it was before the purchase, and no proof has been showed to us.For those reasons we request you to consider a full reimbursement of the amount paid for the “appearance package”Best regards,*** ***

To Whom It May Conern; The vehicle in question was brought to Boch Toyota South for service and the issue of an oil smell was addressed along with recommended repairs in reference to Mr***s other concerns. We explained to Mr*** that his valve cover
gaskets were leaking oil and getting onto the exhaust causing the oil smellWe also advised Mr*** that he had axle seals leaking and his complaint of stiff steering was a result of a worn steering shaftWe replace the valve cover gaskets and rear axle sealsWe also replaced the worn steering shaft and performed an alignmentAll of these repairs were in accordance with Mr***s concerns documented on the repair order when he first arrivedMr *** picked up his vehicle and subsequently called us an hour later stating he felt he wasn’t getting the same gas mileage after driving milesWe told him he is welcome to come in and we would double check everything for him to give him peace of mind and that we were sure everything was okMind you the vehicle does have miles at the time of repairMr *** did not show back up although Ms *** called stating he had shown up here and that we would not help himI appoligized and said I will look into it and get back to herAfter speaking with my service manager and advisor I was told he never came back to have it checked outI then went to our camera system and did not see Mr *** enter the building at any point after picking up his truckI called Ms *** back and explained he had not shown up here that day but they were more than welcome to bring the truck back to make sure any concerns were addressedMr*** came in on 5/24/days later and the vehicle was test driven several times and was running and driving as designed*** *** performing a fuel injection service and fluid flushes is not a repair to a drivability concernAlso $in rental charges would mean Mr*** was in a rental car approximately daysTell us why here

We spoke to Mr*** this afternoon, explained what happens to those bolts over timeHe is a very good customer of ours, We are splitting the cost, and sending him a refund*** *** GM

Mr.  [redacted] was contacted yesterday from [redacted] and we are processing a reimbursement of $116 for his diagnostic time.. Thanks[redacted] GM

The paperwork is at the registry this morning getting processed, . The customer had not provided   us an  insurance binder  and  it was   only  provided to us after the DMV was closed. Yesterday ..  we also had some immigration    issues...

with the bank that  was  reviewing her  credit application for the car.  We   have  contacted   [redacted]    and   she is to schedule  for delivery at 5 pm [redacted] GM

First of all, it wasn't the ensurance that was the problem. It was the extra 100 dollar package that was added without it clearly being explained. I was very adamant on my payment being no more than 250.00 dollars monthly, but 255.00 was what was agreed upon. When I reviewed the contract at home I noticed that my payment were now 359.64! I called an spoke with salesman and was told it must have been an error. When went back to the dealership to fix the problem I was told that it was to late, that I owne the car , and that I now have a debt with the bank. Whether I take the car or not I still have to pay for it even though it's not what we agreed to. I was told the only thing they could do was give me a 360.00 check and advised me to find another bank after making four payment, and refinance for a lower rate to help alleviate my new monthly payment. I am in no way, shape , or form happy ,nor satisfied with how this was handled.  I feel robbed,lied to, an bullied !!

I spoke to Mr, [redacted]  and asked him if he has already done the refinance of his vehicle. He stated that he  is in the process at this time, with his bank.  Mr. [redacted]  is going to call me once he has completed his refinance and can tell me what that...

costs were  that he endured.[redacted] G.M.

According to the General Manager, the contracts were signed by the customer who originally wanted a 24 month lease. Then while in the business office with the Finance Manager, they choose a 36 month lease instead.. The FI manager did a new purchase and sales, had them sign it stating that it was now...

a 36 month lease and then proceeded the lease agreement.

We have all documents signed by both parties that they accepted all finance products, we have a menu detailed with both buyers signatures on it, accepting all products. We have in good faith cancelled all insurances that they did purchase and full refunds are being applied to their loan . As far as...

hard adds (Resist all), that was applied to their car prior to them taking  delivery, so no refund will be issued on that product.  They are more than welcomed to stop by and see me and I will show both of them, several doc's that they both signed accepting all  finance products. [redacted]

 The salesman that I dealt with Mr [redacted] said this was a two least and that is what I wanted. He then refers to the business manage to fill the lease papers. According to the business manager he told them that at the time he was filling the paper that I decided that I wanted a three year lease. The subject never was mentioned that I wanted to change the length of the lease. I am not looking for any monetary sum to settle this dispute but to revert back to a two year lease. I have had to pay the excise tax for two years. Now they want me to renew the registration. I really believe that Boch Toyota South are very unethical in their dealings. Again all that I request is that the two year lease should be recognized. Thank you for listening to an old man complaint. I am 84 years old and really and truly feel that they took advantage of my old age.

Apparently the issue related to the cost of insurance when it came time to register the car which goes to the customer's statement about the overall affordability of the car.  The insurance according to the customer cost more than the car payment.  The customer was assisted with...

several recommendations to follow up on to change insurance carriers.  The dealership agreed to assist the customer with her first monthly loan payment for the car which is roughly $360.00.  The customer appears to be satisfied with the action taken by the dealership    .

It has been  arranged for the customer to come back to the dealership and rework the contract with no options which will lower the monthly payment.  It is expected that this will take place this week.

[redacted] did not call you friday night. You told me on tuesday that you did not know he had a problem because you had not seen or heard from him. He went directly to you when he got out of school on Monday. Which you are still denying. Friday afternoon to tuesday afternoon is not 6 days. It is only 2 business days.  If you wanted to resolve this problem why did you not call me after several calls from [redacted] Services to contact me. I maintain you contaminated his build when you did the valve cover gasket service, and you kknow you did and that is why you would not service the truck when we complained. You did not drive it several times Tuesday or, he would not have been able to get to me when he did to get more gas money. The truck was running so bad it was undrivable and unsafe on the freeway.  And if you look at the rrental papers I submitted you will see that the charges were over $100 a day because of extra charges because he is only 21. The rental was for 9 days.   Regards,

I have attached a copy of our FI menu disclosure, which we have all customers sign to verify that they know what they  are purchasing. Not only do we have them sign the form, we have the customer initial beside each product with the  price disclosed. One of the products  was  installed to their car and will not be refunded. All of the other  insurance products have been cancelled. [redacted] GM
