Bock Services exceeded my expectations compared to services I have received in the past from other companies. There was a technician at my home within the hour to work on my A/C that was not working. The tech walked me through the process on how to defrost my unit since it was frozen over, this way they could work faster once they arrived. Two technicians arrived at my home and were very courteous and conscious of the well fare of my property. The owner of the company followed up with me to further explain in detail the repairs that needed to take place and the options that I had to fix the problem. Since R22 will no longer be available after the this year, he wanted me to research and have accurate information as to why the R22 was so expensive and why he was giving me the option to replace my unit completely. This was very helpful, because if his technician would have flat out told me that I needed a new unit, I would have sent him on his way and hired another company. I really do appreciate the honesty that I get from this company. Bock did not pressure me one way or the other on which decision to make. I really do appreciate this. I chose to do the repair. When it is time to do any future work, I will be using Bock Services. Honest service with a smile!
