I have never written a Revdex.com review, but I am taking the time to do so to warn people not to buy from BocoDealsI bought "deals" from them on the same dayOne for a pedicure, one for a massageFirst complaint: I tried to make an apptfor pedicureThe establishment only had Thursdays and half of Mondays available for apptsThat was itI have to work during these times I contacted the nail place and they said they could offer a later appton Monday, but it still did not work for my scheduleI should have looked at the schedule before buying from BocoI asked for a credit or a refund from Boco and they said no bc the problem needed to be unresolvableThis was unresolvable b/c the limited time they offered their services did not work my scheduleOnce Boco said, "NO", I asked for a refund because I would not be doing business with their establishment anymore They closed my account and any communication with meLuckily got a refund through my credit card2nd complaintI left messages with the massage therapist and he never returned my phone callsI didn't bother trying to contact Boco bc it was apparent to me they don't care about their customersSo I got a refund w/ my cc companyI don't think I am unreasonable personI have used Groupon, Amazon Local and Living Social for yearsI have purchased a dozen or so different services and products I have gotten a full refund from Amazon one time for a course downloadThere were just a few questions about why I wanted a credit or refund and that was itThey refunded me, no hasslesI cannot see Boco Deals staying in business very long if they continue to treat customers they way they treated me
