Boda Y Quinceanera

Review: I hire [redacted] in September before the month ended I let him know the wedding was cancel, in his contract it states he keeps the deposit which was $200 plus $100 for the service a total of $1150 was paid to him. Now he is refusing to give us back anything when we didnt use any of his services and he didnt provide anything. We have try to verbally negotiate something but he refuses to give us any refund back.Desired Settlement: I would desire a total of $850 to be refunded to us as stated in his contract.
