I am responding to this complaint:we have not done anything we shouldn't.we do not tile over lino as mentioned.evert thing was done as directed. We did have trouble with some glass tile chipping which we offered a solution to...and was willing to fix...also we needed to replace tile that moved or slid out of place which we told the owners we would fix...we have warranty on all our work if needed. But have never really had any issue...We wanted to fix things but I guess they wanted some on new..hey say I left town during the job and that is because they ordered there own counter top and we had a couple weeks waiting...when the top came in they didn't seem to like the color matches that were done and things seemed to go down hill from there...they said they would find some one else which I guess they did..we did get a call days later and they gave me a cheque which they felt they owed...She said the new guys had to tear everything out and start from scratchAll contractors will always start from scratch good or not because they can't and won't warranty someone else's work..I feel bad we couldn't have finished the job...We have done upwards of bathrooms over the last years and have had issues..And if allowed to stay and finish we would have had no issues...I know there were items to be fixed but I think the big problem was the colors and items that they chose ,and the end result was not what they wanted and they were told that the colors are not for everyone and she responded by saying: we are not planning on selling....Sorry things didn't go as planned but we put a lot of work and materials into the job and she did recognize that by writing us a small fee which I am grateful..thanks

I am rejecting this response because: none of our issues were addressed and they chose to respond with personal attacks Hi [redacted]

Everyone perceives things differently.  If Cheryl believes that I was “shaking and
practically shouting”, there is nothing I can say to that, except it is a
ridiculous statement.

[redacted]  There
definitely was no “confusion” on my part.
How this is even being discussed through the Revdex.com is hard to believe.

The deterioration and poor workmanship of
the renovation has created a tremendous amount of stress.  Which is not good for anyone involved.

It speaks volumes to the character of a
person, when they avoid or fail to address the issues and bring in personal
unthruths instead.  A personal attack is
no defense for poor workmanship.

We would like to point out the blue tile
has now been installed by a professional tile installer.  All the cuts are clean with no chipping along
the cut edges.  Which indicates that Brad
used the wrong tools or was not qualified to install the tile.  The blue coloured tile is beautiful and we
are very happy with our colour choice.

It is inappropriate for Cheryl to comment
on the quality of the job, as she never saw any of the work done, nor did she
participate in any of the subsequent conversations regarding the problems with
the workmanship of the renovation.

Our concerns have not been addressed.  We do not believe there will be a resolution.
Thank you
[redacted] & [redacted]
